❓ How to login
- ALL LTPSS students and STEAM teachers should have their accounts on this e-learning platform.
- Username: is your school e-mail, for example: s22345@ltpss.edu.hk
- password: You can also reset your password on your own.
- If you cannot log in, please send an email to kn@ltpss.edu.hk by your school email.
❓ How to reset your password
If your email have been registered in the system, you can get / reset your password by the following steps:
- Click the link HERE ("Forgotten your username or password").
- In the box "Search by email address", enter your registered email address, e.g. s22345@ltpss.edu.hk
You MUST leave the box in "Search by username" EMPTY. - Then, the following message will be displayed:
"If you supplied a correct username or unique email address then an email should have been sent to you.
It contains easy instructions to confirm and complete this password change. If you continue to have difficulty, please contact the site administrator." - Check your email "LTPSS Moodle: Password reset request" after about 1 minute. If you cannot receive an email about changing password, check your spam email box.
- Click the link in your email to change your password.
- Click the link HERE ("Forgotten your username or password").
